Item: The Spider's Web

I\'ve got a question about The Spider\'s Web:  (and I guess other initiative-lowering things too...)



If a unit gets its initiative reduced to 0 - does it still attack?   I know that it didn\'t in the old AM.



A pal insists that he got attacked by a single-stack horned demons black player.   He had (among other things) Mind Rippers on defense, and The Spider\'s Web set as his defense item.      Horned Demons have initiative 1, so the Web should have reduced their initiative to 0.   Mind Rippers have a ranged attack, so the Horned demons shouldn\'t have been able to counterattack the Rippers.



But somehow, a whole bunch of Rippers got killed.



Has anyone done any tests that could help clear this up for me?

he mightve had an offensive spell or item that contradicts or counter acts the effects of that defense. As far as i know, spiders web works too much. :ban:

huh - he must\'ve turned his units invisible or something.
