Battle formulas

Hi everyone...

its been a long time without a single new (blame frank) so lets explain what he will be up to these days:

1. He wont be fixing bugs unless they're quite critical
2. All the time will be spent on the battle routine, check and test and he'll back to other things
3. To chek the formula he is taking lots and lots of reports so he'll take the data and compare it with the lord's
4. Any diference with this data will be fixed and posted here
5. He doesnt know how many reports he has but he has 2 sources... a reliable one... and one not so reliable... all reports are in enlgish... bla bla bla... and he will only use the not so reliable for some kind of support... he wont use reports in spanish, korean, chiness, german, portugese, italian, russian... (ok... im just exagerating)
6. Everything will be check... mark that... EVERYTHING... including spells, heroes, items, if something its diferent from old mari... it'll be fixed... and posted here
7. Now... all of this 'cause the "formula team" is not working anymore... and frank will do everything... as always

hmmm... that all... he says he doesnt know how much time will take to do all that... but he has done something... may take a couple of weeks...
