older abilities?

Just wondering if the older abilities will be implemented into TL?  SUch abilities i speak of are: clumsiness, pike and any other i may not be able to think of as of now.  Also, will the infantry units and mercenary units recieve their abilities?  For Example, pikemen have the ability of PIKE, will they recive it? And Iron golems have the ability Seige, will they recieve that?  Most of the basic and mercenary human units don't have any abilities or so it seems.  So i was just wondering if any of their abilities will be added to this game?
