not sur if it does, I havent tested nor tried it out, but recently Ive been collecting them and was starting to be uncertain as to whether or not it would be worth it....So does it work as it should or no?

it seems ok... at least what i have heard... like dispelling gods spells... usually using more than 5 ingulgences...  but i dont know if it works for removing counters...
