Can't log in!?

Hello everybody! :]
I'm sorry I'm writing in english, unfortunately I don't know a single word of spanish :[
The last few times I've tried to log in, I received an error message saying that either name/password was incorrect or my mage -Uriel- didn't exist o.O
Maybe I'm doing something wrong?
Can anybody help?
