Sage - Spell Lore

Just purchased a lv 17 sage, and after doing the calculations it doesn't seem the spell lore ability is implemented.  I browsed through the update section, and didn't see any news on it.  I was just curious if it's being worked on or if it is already working (and I made a mistake).  Thanks

I don't think Sage works period.  I've got a lvl 16 and there is no change in spell casting cost at all.....are they worth anything?  I would like to not pay upkeep for nothing.

i think there is no use for a sage other than researching right now.  spell lore does not work.
