Heroes in Blitz

hey i was just wondering if all the heroes are implemented in Blitz server.  The reason i ask is that out of all the times i go to the heroes page i dunt seem to find a shaman up for bid.  I've seen other heroes up but never a shaman...Though I might be wrong.

I saw lots of level 18 shamans recently. But not a dragon knight of level 18.
