uhm what is happening to all the spells?  I just tested my battle chant and it was weird....One battle my  unit resisted....ok, understandable.  But then another battle, My effs did not resist but the attack was the same.  the evidence lays within the HP of my units.  The unit (effreeti) was down to 3100 HP from a norm of 3600.  That is a 500 hp decrease, and possible quicker fatique but no AP benefit....

Also, i saw a white mage use paralyze, but it did nothing to any of my units...granted my units probably resisted 100% of it, but I'mnot so sure of it.  The unit, once again was an eff.  Has it become so thath the spells can  only be used by the color specialist?  I know simple spels work well, but complex and average spells are begining to seem a lil tricky and unreliable for the other four colors.

PS..the remainder of teh stack was HD, zombs, skels and wraiths for the paralyze....

i have tested battle chant and i have noticed the same, sometimes it afects life but it doesn´t affects attack, others the reverse, others both, and others none :)

well, i would look for some maritel reports and check it :D

about paralyze, well, i do not think it´s wrong, but it´s stange.. it only affects to one stack (most probably to the first one)excluding effrits, none of your units have resistance to blue magic, and effris have only a 20% to blue magic, so if it works correctly the mage that casted paralyze  is not a lucky boy :)

EDIT: In battle chant what you notice wrong is that it should affect both factors or non of them, but not only one of them, no?

battle chant it´s working correctly (not sure in the % that it´s implemented) and also it can affect counterattack :)

hmm...so whats the purpose of it, if it mostly lowers my HP while not affecting the AP?  Even If I build forts to counter the decrease, it will still seem lame to have for non-red mages....
PS...dunt worry, i understand you english well...Its my spanish that everyone should worry about  B)

well, decreasing HP may be good if used with units that have Steal Life... Anyway, i think the probability to lower HP o increasing AP should be the same (in fact, the resistance of the unit to red magic)

creo que merc tiene razón , puede que afecte el hp pero no las otras variables , no estoy seguro si el spell es asi o es algun bug , lo vere con el team ;), gracias por el aviso
