I don't think this spell is suposed to heal Red Dragons.

El Hero Defensor Dragon Knight ha tomado bajo su mando la unidad red dragon

El defensor uso el Item Oil Flasks
El defensor uso el spell Platinum Hand of Healing

Defensor: Resucitaron 1 red dragon
Defensor: Resucitaron 1 iron golem
Defensor: Resucitaron 1837 starving peasant
Defensor: Resucitaron 327 renegade wizard
Defensor: Resucitaron 85 squirrel
Defensor: Resucitaron 25 sheep

HIM (#0) sufrió perdidas de 11 unidades red dragon durante la batalla.

It ressurected 1 out of 12 slain Red Dragons.
I have back in the old days seen cases where a Strange Metallic Can might ressurect some, but never Platinum Hand of Healing.

Yep, el gringo tiene razon, la resistencia del draco es demasiado alta como para que la mano de platino resucite dracos...

but RD has 90% , so 1/10 times it should work
