If you find yourself needing a phrase, paragraph, or even an entire page translated, I highly suggest using Google's language tools page.
It's not the most accurate, but it's quite fast and adds little overhead to webpages when using the page translator.
With few exceptions, it will translate pages that you link to as well.
(i.e. you should be able to point the translator at the login page, and have most pages trasnlated automatically)
