Does any of you knows how things are calculated in the game. Spell effects, item effects, building effects, etc.

a computer game?so you are not referring to an internet game like this?yo want a typical on-disk game?i think it will be interesting to make but think that you´ll have to make a great work ,are you the only people in your project?,my aknowledgements about programming are not so high but if you need  music ,graphics and beta-testing i can help you ,if you want,of course
